[Document] tab [Document Properties] dialog box

Displays the information of the document. You cannot edit the information.

[File name]

Indicates the file name including the file extension.

[Type]

Indicates the type of the file. These include DocuWorks document, DocuWorks binder, and DocuWorks container.
The version information of DocuWorks files is displayed in the format of "DocuWorks document (Ver.7)".

Note

DocuWorks files showing "DocuWorks document (Ver.8)" cannot be opened in DocuWorks Viewer Light Ver.7 or earlier.
DocuWorks files showing "DocuWorks document (Ver.7)" cannot be opened in DocuWorks Viewer Light Ver.6 or earlier.
DocuWorks files showing "DocuWorks document (Ver.6)" cannot be opened in DocuWorks Viewer Light Ver.5 or earlier.

[Location]

Indicates the file path.

[Size]

Indicates the file size in KB.

[Modified]

Indicates the date and time of the last update.

[Pages]

Indicates the total page number. For the protected documents, [Pages] is not displayed.

[Embedded Font]

Indicates whether the document contains embedded fonts.

[Number of documents in Binder]

For binders, this displays the number of documents in the binder.

[Binder color]

For binders, the currently specified color of the DocuWorks binder is displayed.

[Binder size]

For binders, the currently specified paper size of the DocuWorks binder is displayed.
