Copying Text

Use this command to copy text of a document to documents of other applications.
You can copy the following text:
  • Text of application page
  • Text of image page (OCR result)
 
Note
  • Text of an application page can be copied in units of character.
  • Text of image page (OCR result) can be copied in units of line or page.
  • In edit mode, you can select and copy text annotation to the clipboard.
 
Procedure
1.
Select [Text Selecting Mode] from the [View] pop-up menu or [Text Selecting Mode] of the standard toolbar.
2.
Select a text and choose [Copy] from the [Edit] pop-up menu.
Note
  • You cannot select a text that spans multiple pages.
  • If you select [Select All] from the [Edit] pop-up menu, all of the texts that can be selected from the displayed page are selected.
3.
Paste the selected text to a document of other applications.
