[Print Preview] window
This window appears when you select [Print Preview] from the [File] menu.
Use this window to work on the document or the binder displayed in this window.

[Print]
Closes the preview window and opens the [Print] dialog box.
[Next Page]/[Prev Page]
Displays the print image of the next or previous page of the currently displayed page.
[Two Page]
Displays two print images on the screen at one time. This is enabled when the preview is in One Page mode.
[One Page]
Click this button to display one print image on the screen at one time. This is enabled when the preview is in Two Page mode.
[Zoom In]/[Zoom Out]
Enlarges or reduces the print preview.
Note
If you move the cursor to the print image, it will change to a magnifying glass. Left-click the mouse on the print image to magnify the preview.
[Close]
Ends the print preview mode and closes the window.
Key operations in the [Print Preview] window
<PageUp> key
Displays the print image of the page before the currently displayed page.
<PageDown> key
Displays the print image of the page next to the currently displayed page.
<arrow (left/up)> keys
Press the arrow keys to select the button on the left of the currently selected button.
If the current button is on the extreme left, the button on the extreme right is selected.
Press the <Enter> key to execute the function of the selected button.
If the current button is on the extreme left, the button on the extreme right is selected.
Press the <Enter> key to execute the function of the selected button.
<arrow (right/down)> keys
Press the arrow keys to select the button on the right of the currently selected button.
If the current button is on the extreme right, the button on the extreme left is selected.
Press the <Enter> key to execute the function of the selected button.
If the current button is on the extreme right, the button on the extreme left is selected.
Press the <Enter> key to execute the function of the selected button.
Note
The currently displayed page is previewed when in document view. The currently selected page is previewed when in page sorter view. If any page is not selected, then the first page is previewed.
