Make-up of InfoView
InfoView displays information on the document that is open in the Viewer window.
InfoView has 7 tabs as follows:

The [Read Out Loud] tab is displayed when you select [Read Out Loud] from the [View] menu.
[NotePad/Link List]
Displays a list of notepad annotations and link annotations for the document. This list tells you the color of the notepads, text in text annotations, titles of link annotations, and others.
From the list, you can display a page that has an annotation or a link, or jump to a link destination.

[NotePad]
Displays information on notepad annotations.
[NotePad with the Text]
Displays the information of the notepad annotations which have text pasted on them.
[Link]
Displays information on link annotations.
Note
You can only select either [NotePad] or [NotePad with the Text].
Displaying the page where the annotation is pasted
Perform one of the following procedures:
- Select an annotation from the list and press the <Enter> key.
- Double-click an annotation in the list.
- Select an annotation from the list, and select [Go To Page] from the pop-up menu.
Jumping to the link destination
Select an annotation from the list, and select [Jump to the Link Target] from the pop-up menu.
[Binder Index]
Lists documents in a binder when the binder is opened in Viewer.
This index tells you the document names and page counts of the documents in the binder, the total number of pages of the binder, the number of documents in the binder, and binder information.

Note
[Save in Unicode format] indicates encoding of the document names of the documents in the binder.
- When the check box is selected: All of the document names consist of Unicode characters.
- When the check box is dimmed: The document names consist of a mixture of Unicode characters and multi-byte code characters.
- When the check box is unselected: All of the document names consist of multi-byte code characters.
[Binder Menu]
Displays menu commands you can use to manipulate the documents in the binder.
You can display the same menu commands by right-clicking anywhere in the [Binder Index] tab.

[Signature List]
Displays a list of signatures affixed in the document. You can check the signature information, or double-click a signature to display the page that has the signature. Selecting a signature and right-clicking it displays a pop-up menu for signature-related operations.
This allows you to check the name of the signature, the verification status, and the date and time when the signature was applied.
[OCR Result]
Displays the OCR result in text for the page that was read by OCR.
When in document view, the image page that has the OCR result appears.

Text display area
Displays OCR results you can select, add, or delete text.
[Clear OCR Result]
Deletes all the characters displayed in the text display area.
[Page Properties]
Displays the properties of the current page.
This tab is displayed when a page is selected in document view or in page sorter view. In the split document view, property of an active view page is displayed.

Note
- [Monochrome printer response] indicates the color mode in which the DocuWorks document was created from an application. "ON" indicates it was created in Monochrome mode, and "OFF" in Color mode.
- For a scanned or faxed DocuWorks documents created with DocuWorks Ver.1.0 or DocuWorks Ver.2.0, "Unknown" appears in "Resolution". The resolution remains "unknown" even if you save the document with a newer version of DocuWorks.
[Table of Contents]
A list of title annotations pasted to the document appears. You can change or check the title strings, levels, or order for the annotations and display the pages to which they are pasted.
[Menu]
Displays menu commands you can use to manipulate the title annotation.
You can display the same menu commands by right-clicking anywhere in the [Table of Contents] tab.

[Read Out Loud]
Displays text from the application page of the DocuWorks document or OCR text from the image page.
When you have already started the DocuWorks supported application that reads the screen content, those text will be read out loud.

The sequence in which text is read out
Read out software reads the content on the [Read Out Loud] tab in the sequence shown below.
- "Read Out Loud" (tab name)
- The current page number
- Text in the read out loud box
Keyboard operation
When the [Read Out Loud] tab is selected, you can use the keyboard to work with the content.
- <PageUp>
Flips the page displayed in the document view backward. - <PageDown>
Flips the page displayed in the document view forward. - <Ctrl>+<A>
Selects all of the text in the Read Out Loud box. - <Ctrl>+<C>
Copies the text being selected in the Read Out Loud box.
It is not possible to copy the text from the document for which the security option [Copying prohibited] is applied.
