Registering an Annotation Tool File
You may want to use the annotation tool you created in Viewers on more than one PC. By copying the appropriate annotation tool file, you can use the same set of annotation tools on every PC. You don't have to create the same annotation tool on each PC.
About annotation tool files
An annotation tool file is created for each annotation toolbar. The name of the annotation toolbar is used as the file name and the extension is "ann". The annotation tool files are stored in the "DWFolders\Annotations" folder created when DocuWorks is installed.
When you copy and register an annotation tool file to another PC, the corresponding annotation tools are added to the appropriate annotation toolbar and to the [Annotations] menu of that PC.
