Operating environment, installation, and uninstallation
The Working Folder Link menu is not displayed.
When DocuWorks Tray was installed, Microsoft .NET Framework was not installed, or this software may have been uninstalled after DocuWorks Tray was installed. From the install media, install NET Framework that matches your environment.
Note
Depending on the operating system in use, .NET Framework may not be enabled even when it is installed. In this case, follow the procedure below and enable the program.
Using the Working Folder Link tray
Is there a way to check if the tray I'm using is a Working Folder Link tray?
Right-click a tray gadget, and click [Properties] to display the [Tray Properties] dialog box.
If the tray has Working Folder set as the save location type, then "Tray Properties (Working Folder)" is displayed in the title bar.

Is there a limitation in the size or number of files that can be imported into the Working Folder Link tray?

Can the Working Folder Link tray be set as a link tray with a multifunction device?
Yes. Right-click on the tray management icon on the task tray, and select [Link Settings with Multifunction Device] from [Options] in the pop-up menu.

Is there a risk of a third party intercepting the communication with Working Folder?
All communications with Working Folder use https. There is no risk of a third party intercepting the communication.
Can I change the login account for Working Folder for each tray?
No. For the Tray's Working Folder Linkage feature, a single account is used in whole. If you want to log in with another account, log back in again after you have restarted DocuWorks Tray.
However, if you selected the [Auto Login next time] check box at login, you must click [Clear Login Information] in the [Working Folder Settings] dialog box to delete information such as a password before you can log back in again.

The login screen may not appear if DocuWorks Desk and Working Folder Encrypted File Management Tool are already launched. Exit all of these programs, and restart DocuWorks Tray.
If there are multiple Working Folder Link trays, do I need to log in for each of these trays?
If you log in to one of the trays, you are logged in to other trays automatically. However, the actual login process for other trays is performed when you update the tray manually or when the next time the tray is updated automatically.
If you want to log in immediately when DocuWorks Tray starts up, select the [Login to Working Folder Upon Startup] check box in the [Working Folder Settings] dialog box.

Can I export the Working Folder Link tray and share it with other people?
Yes, you can. However, the recipient of the exported file must also have DocuWorks Tray 1.2 installed on their PC.
Files from a tray specified with [Retrieve Document by Copying] are importable only by DocuWorks Tray 2. To import files from the tray set with these settings, update your software to DocuWorks Tray 2.

The folder that was set as the tray's save location was moved within Working Folder or had its name changed.
The Working Folder Link tray identifies the save location by looking at the folder's ID. Therefore, you can still access the folder from the tray, even if the folder's location or name changes. However, you cannot access the folder if the folder is deleted.
What do I need to remember regarding communication with Working Folder?
The communication with Working Folder follows the Internet Options settings on your PC. Remember to set the correct proxy server information.
Troubleshooting
I set a link between the Working Folder Link tray and multifunction device, but a message appears indicating that the document cannot be copied to the tray.
An error message appears if a document is imported from a multifunction device to a tray before logging in to Working Folder. Open a tray gadget, or right-click it and click [Refresh] to log in to Working Folder.
I deleted files in the Working Folder Link tray, but I still get the error message "Insufficient space available." or "The file cannot be stored because there are too many files stored in the save location." and cannot import documents.
When the Working Folder Link tray is used to exchange large numbers of documents, the trash bin for Working Folder may be filled with documents. Use a web browser to access the Working Folder and empty the trash bin.
I imported a Working Folder Link tray, but an error icon appears on the tray gadget. Did the import fail?
Files exported from a Working Folder Link tray do not contain a user ID and password. Therefore, when these files are imported, you are not logged in to Working Folder.
If you open a tray gadget or perform a manual update, the [Login] dialog box opens. Log in to Working Folder in accordance with the authentication settings for FUJIFILM BI Direct.
If you cannot log in, check that the credentials are correct, and then contact your Working Folder administrator.

In order to use multi-factor authentication for FUJIFILM BI Direct, you must update DocuWorks Tray to Version 2.3.2 or later. For information on setting up authentication for FUJIFILM BI Direct, refer to each document for FUJIFILM BI Direct.
