Tray Management Icon Pop-Up Menu

Right-clicking on the tray management icon displays the following pop-up menu.

[Tray Size]

[Large]

Collectively enlarges tray gadgets.

[Small]

Collectively reduces tray gadgets.

[Align Trays]

[Right Top]

Aligns the displayed trays on the right of the display in ascending order based on tray names. For multi-display, trays are aligned on the display with the taskbar.

[Left Top]

Aligns the displayed trays on the left of the display in ascending order based on tray names. For multi-display, trays are aligned on the display with the taskbar.

[Hide Trays] / [Show Hidden Trays]

Selecting [Hide Trays] collectively hides tray gadgets. Unlike when the non-display option is selected in the [Tray View Settings] dialog box, the machine continues to check whether a new document is loaded into a tray.
Also, when you hover the cursor over the tray management icon, "(Tray is hidden)" appears on the tooltip.
Selecting [Show Hidden Trays] collectively redisplays tray gadgets.

[Startup Settings]

[Enable Automatic Startup When Logging on to Windows]

Automatically starts DocuWorks Tray when logging in to Windows.

[Enable Automatic Startup When DocuWorks Desk Is Started]

Automatically starts DocuWorks Tray when opening Desk.

[Disable Automatic Startup]

Does not automatically start DocuWorks Tray. To start DocuWorks Tray, select [Start] > [FUJIFILM DocuWorks] > [DocuWorks Tray].

[Close Settings]

[Enable Automatic Close When DocuWorks Desk Is Closed]

Automatically closes DocuWorks Tray when exiting Desk.

[Disable Automatic Close]

Does not automatically close DocuWorks Tray. To close DocuWorks Tray, select [Exit] in the pop-up menu of the tray management icon. Otherwise, log off from Windows.

[Options]

[Working Folder Settings]

Opens the [Working Folder Settings] dialog box.

[About]

Displays the version and serial number of DocuWorks Tray in the [About] dialog box.

[Update License Status]

When DocuWorks Subscription or DocuWorks Subscription Suite is used, updates the status of the license.

[Delete Login Information]

When DocuWorks Subscription or DocuWorks Subscription Suite is used, deletes retained login information.

[License Management]

Allows you to activate your DocuWorks Tray.
Note
  • If the license management component resides on your PC, [License Management] is displayed on the menu.
    The license management component is automatically installed when you install DocuWorks Tray via "Setup.exe".
  • The [License Management] menu is not displayed if your PC has DocuWorks Subscription or DocuWorks Subscription Suite installed.
  • The period you may use the software without license activation is 60 days after installing the software.
    When the period expires, DocuWorks Tray stops working. Once you activate the license, you will be able to continue using DocuWorks Tray.

[Buy License]

Starts the web browser, and displays the FUJIFILM Business Innovation Worldwide website.

[Activate License]

Enter or confirm the serial number.
If the serial number is entered or confirmed, the screen changes to the one for inputting the user ID and password for FUJIFILM BI Direct.
Once your user ID and password are authenticated, the license activation will be complete.
Note
  • If you have not yet completed user registration with FUJIFILM BI Direct, click [New Registration].
  • Select the [E-mail delivery is required for information related to this product] checkbox to receive e-mails about the product information.

[License Management Screen]

Click this to launch the License Activator screen. You can complete license activation by entering the serial number on the license certificate enclosed with the licensed product that you purchased.

[Help]

Opens this Help.

[Exit]

Closes DocuWorks Tray. The tray management icon and tray gadget disappear, and also the new document check function is not carried out.
