Moving within Working Folder
The following explains how to move a folder or document by dragging and dropping within Working Folder.
You cannot move a folder or document to another cabinet.
In addition, you cannot copy a folder or document within Working Folder.

Note
- Folders and documents in a Secure Drawer cannot be moved with drag and drop.
- Documents in an encryption drawer cannot be moved to other drawers with drag and drop.
- When you move a folder in a shared drawer using drag and drop and if the folder is set with [Inherit Parent Permission] to [Individual Settings], you cannot move the folder.
- When a folder has a subfolder not set with the "writable" permission, you cannot move the folder.
- When you move a folder with its [Inherit Parent Permission] set to [Inherit] using drag and drop, the folder inherits the permission setting of the destination folder.
Moving a Folder
Steps
1.
In the folder area, display the move destination drawer or folder in Working Folder.
2.
In the folder area or workspace area(*), display the folder to move.
3.
Drag and drop the folder to move to the move destination displayed in step 1.
The folder is moved.
If there already is a folder that has the same name, the moved folder is saved as the original folder name with "-{sequential number starting at 2}" such as "{original folder name}-2" or "{original folder name}-3".

Moving a Document
Procedure
1.
In the folder area, display the move destination drawer or folder in Working Folder.
2.
In the workspace area, display the document to move.
3.
Drag and drop the document to move to the move destination displayed in step 1.
The document is moved.
If there already is a document that has the same name, the moved document is saved as the original document name with "-{sequential number starting at 2}" such as "{original document name}-2" or "{original document name}-3".
