Searching for Documents
The following explains how to search for documents in Working Folder.
You can use the following search conditions.

- Created By
- Modified by
- Locked By
- Date Created
- Date Modified
Steps
1.
In the folder area or workspace area, right-click the cabinet or drawer to search, and then click [Search] on the pop-up menu.
The [Search] dialog box is displayed.
Note
To display drawer or folder icons in the workspace area, select [Displays the sub folders in the Extended Folder] from the [Extended Folder] tab in the [DocuWorks Desk Options] dialog box.
To display the [DocuWorks Desk Options] dialog box, select [File] > [DocuWorks Desk Options] from the menu of DocuWorks Desk.
To display the [DocuWorks Desk Options] dialog box, select [File] > [DocuWorks Desk Options] from the menu of DocuWorks Desk.

Specify each item and click [Search].
Documents that match the search conditions are displayed in [Search Result].
When you right-click the search result, you can open the document or display the property from the pop-up menu.

You cannot open documents in Secure Drawer or documents in folders not permitted.
