[Change Icon] dialog box
This dialog box appears when you right-click a plug-in button located on the toolbar or the Task toolbar and then click [Change Icon] from the shortcut menu.
[Current]
The current icon is displayed.
[Current File Name]
The file name of the current icon is displayed.
[File]
Specify a file where icons are being stored. The file types you can specify are exe, dll, ico, and bmp.
[Available Icons]
Images of the icons stored in the file specified in [File] are displayed. Select an icon you want to use.
[Browse]
Opens a dialog box to select an icon file.
[Default]
Restores the icon settings to the default of the plug-in toolbar.
Important
- After the icon changes, if you change the directory containing the icon file so that DocuWorks cannot find it any more, then DocuWorks will restore the icon settings to the default of the plug-in toolbar.
- The icon button face must be 16 colors at a size of 32 x 32 pixels. If the new icons have size or color outside the specification, they may not be displayed.
- A 256 color icon image is displayed only if OS screen is in 15, 16, 24, or 32 bit (High Color / True Color) mode.
Note
- While using Windows Explorer, be sure Explorer is set to display all files including DLL files. Set Explorer to display all files.
- By changing the [Files of type], the following types of files will be able to be selected in Windows Explorer:
- Library file: dll file
- Icon file: ico file
- Program: exe file
- Bitmap: bmp file
