Sorting Folders in the Folder Area
This topic describes how to sort folders located under [User Folder] or [Link Folder] in the Folder Area.
Note
- Folders in hierarchy under [Task Space] cannot be sorted.
- To sort folders in the folder area, place a checkmark on [Enable Arrange Folder Tree] on the [View] tab under [DocuWorks Desk Options] in the [Preferences] dialogue box. You will then need to restart DocuWorks Desk.
Procedure
1.
Right-click the folder in the Folder area whose position you want to change, and select [Arrange Folder] from the shortcut menu.
The folders located in the same level as the selected folder are displayed in the dialog box to sort folders.
2.
Select a folder and click [Move Up] or [Move Down] to change the position.
3.
Click [Save and Close].
