If Multiple Users Work on the Same Document Simultaneously

If multiple users work on the same document simultaneously, they will be processed sequentially, not simultaneously.
The following table describes the results when User A and User B work on the same document simultaneously, and User A's operation is processed first.

What happens when User A and User B upload the same document simultaneously depends on the cloud service they use.

		Delete	Move	Rename	Download
User B's Operation	Delete	The document is deleted (moved to Recycle Bin). However, User B gets an error message that the document cannot be deleted because it does not exist.	The document is deleted (moved to Recycle Bin).	The document is renamed and then deleted (moved to Recycle Bin).	The document is downloaded and deleted (moved to Recycle Bin).
	Move	The document is deleted (moved to Recycle Bin). However, User B gets an error message that the document cannot be moved because it does not exist.	The document is moved to the move destination selected by User B.	The document is renamed and moved.	The document is downloaded and moved.
	Rename	The document is deleted (moved to Recycle Bin). However, User B gets an error message that the document cannot be renamed because it does not exist.	The document is moved and then renamed.	The document is renamed to the name changed by User B.^*1	The document can be downloaded and is renamed.^*1
	Download	The document cannot be downloaded because it is deleted (moved to Recycle Bin).	The document is moved and downloaded.	The document is renamed and downloaded.	Both User A and User B can download.

*1: The name changed by User B is displayed if User A selects in the order of [View] > [Refresh] > [Current Folder] or [All Under The Current Folder] on DocuWorks Desk.
The changed name will also be displayed by the Refresh operation (E.g. press the <F5> key).
