Changes the mouse operation mode to Flexi mode.
When the cursor is placed in an area that contains no text, this mode is the same as the pointing mode.
When the cursor is placed on a text, this mode is the same as the text mode.
If you drag while holding down the right button of the mouse, this mode is the same as the scroll mode.
