Use this command to change the mouse operation mode to the text selecting mode.
The cursor changes to the shape of "+A" enabling you to select text.

Note
- There are types of the application page text that cannot be selected.
- If you select URL in the text selecting mode and select the [Start Web Browser] pop-up menu, the web browser starts up and the URL page will be displayed.
