[Paste Option] dialog box

This dialog box appears when you select [Paste Options] from [OLE] of the [Document] menu.
Use this dialog box to specify the type and format of an annotation when creating an OLE annotation using copy and paste.

Specify which format has priority when converting data in the clipboard in case the data can become either an OLE annotation or a bitmap annotation, or either an OLE annotation or a text annotation.
The default is [Specifies when paste].

• [Specifies when paste]
  Displays the [Paste] dialog box to specify whether to paste as an OLE annotation or as other annotations.
• [OLE annotation]
  Always pastes data as an OLE annotation.
• [Bitmap Text Annotation]
  Pastes data as either a bitmap annotation or a text annotation.

Specify the type of paste when converting to an OLE annotation.
The default is [Specifies when paste].

• [Specifies when paste]
  Displays the [Paste Special] dialog box to specify the format to paste.
• [Embedded]
  Always pastes as an embedded OLE annotation.
• [Linked]
  Pastes it as a link OLE annotation if data in the clipboard is a linkable OLE object.
