[Link] dialog box

Use this dialog box to specify the link status of the link OLE annotations.

Displays the selected link OLE annotation tool.

Indicates file name of the link source.

Indicates the application type.

Specify whether to update automatically or manually when data of the link source is changed.

• [Automatic]
  The OLE annotation is automatically updated when the DocuWorks document is opened or when data of the link source is updated.
• [Manual]
  When [Manual] is selected, you must click [Update Now] or select [Update Link] from the pop-up menu to update the annotation.

Closes the dialog box.

Updates the OLE annotation.

Opens the link source file of the OLE annotation.

Changes the link file of the OLE annotation. When you click the button, the [Change Source] dialog box appears so that you can specify a new link file.

Disconnects the link from the OLE annotation. When you click the button, you will be prompted by a message.
