Using NotePad Annotations

Texts, rectangles, ellipses, polygons, lines, free hand drawings, diagrams, received stamps, date stamps, and bitmaps can be pasted on a notepad annotation.

Pasting a notepad annotation

A notepad annotation can be pasted even if it does not fit in a page.
Procedure
1.
Select notepad annotation from the [Tool] menu or the notepad annotation button in the annotation toolbar in Viewer. For example, select [NotePad/Light Blue/with Text] from [1 Basic].
The cursor changes to the shape of cross.

When [Decide shape when pasting] is selected
When [Decide shape when pasting] is selected, drag the cursor across the page or workspace to specify the size of the notepad.

When [Decide shape when pasting] is cleared
To paste a notepad annotation with the registered shape, click on a desired position in the page or workspace.

Changing the properties

Using the [NotePad Properties] dialog box or the property toolbar, you can change the size and color after pasting a notepad.

You can view a list of notepad annotations pasted to a document or a binder in the [NotePad/Link List] tab of InfoView.
