Copying, Moving, or Deleting Pages
This topic describes how to copy, move, or delete pages.
You can perform these operations using the pointing mode or Flexi mode in document view, or the pointing mode in page sorter view.

Moving pages
You can cut a page and move it within the same document or to a document opened in another Viewer window. You can cut multiple pages in page sorter view, but only the current page in document view. At the destination document, pages can be pasted using page sorter view.
You can move one or more pages using the clipboard and cutting-and-pasting as follows:
Procedure
1.
In document view, select [Cut Current Page] from the [Edit] menu.
In page sorter view, select one or more pages to move, then select [Cut] from the [Edit] menu.
In page sorter view, select one or more pages to move, then select [Cut] from the [Edit] menu.
The cut pages are saved to the clipboard.
Note
When cut is operated, be sure to operate the copy as shown in the procedure 2.
The file could be deleted when you finish the operation or operate other than paste right after the cut is operated. The file deleted is not stored in the recycle bin but deleted immediately.

In page sorter view of the destination document, select the next page which you want to insert the cut pages, then select [Paste] from the [Edit] menu.
The moved pages now appear before the selected page.
If you did not select the insertion point, the pages are pasted at the end of the destination document.

You can also move pages by dragging-and-dropping them.
Copying pages
You can copy a page and paste it within the same document or to a document opened in another Viewer window.

In page sorter view of the destination document, select the page in front of which you want to insert the copied pages, then select [Paste] from the [Edit] menu.
The copied pages now appear in front of the selected page.

You can also copy pages by dragging-and-dropping them while pressing the <Ctrl> key.
Deleting pages
Procedure
1.
In document view, either select [Delete Current Page] from the [Edit] menu, or just press the <Delete> key.
In page sorter view, select one or more pages to delete, then select [Delete] from the [Edit] menu.
In page sorter view, select one or more pages to delete, then select [Delete] from the [Edit] menu.
The selected pages are deleted.
