[Mailbox Configuration Wizard] - [Scanner Specification]
When you display this screen for the first time, multifunction devices on the same subnet as the PC and accessible to the mailbox are filtered, and then [Searched Scanner] shows the result.
Select one from the [Searched Scanner] list and click [Next].

When connecting to a multifunction device on a different subnet from the PC, enter the multifunction machine IP address or FQDN in [Specify the IP address or FQDN directly], and then click [Next].
[Specify the IP address or FQDN directly]
Enter the multifunction device IP address or FQDN to connect. Up to 255 characters can be entered.
You can enter either IPv4 or IPv6 address.
You can enter either IPv4 or IPv6 address.
[Searched Scanner]
After filtering, [Searched Scanner] shows the multifunction devices that are on the same subnet as the PC and accessible to the mailbox.
Select one from the list, and click [Next].
Select one from the list, and click [Next].
[Name]
Displays the name of the multifunction device.
[Device Name]
Displays the model name of the multifunction device.
[IP Address / FQDN]
Displays the IP address of the multifunction device.
[Location]
Displays the location of the multifunction device.
[Repeat Search]
Re-retrieves the multifunction device on the same subnet as the PC.
[Search Settings]
When you want to search a multifunction device using the SNMP community name, click this. The [Search Settings] dialog box appears. Using this dialog box, specify the SNMP community name (read-only) of the multifunction device.

Displays the [Mailbox Configuration] screen.
[Next]
Displays the [Mailbox Specification] screen.
