[Tray Properties] Dialog Box

[Name]

Enter the name of the tray to be displayed as a gadget using up to 20 characters.

[Original Name]

Displays the name of the created tray.

[Description]

Enter the description of the tray using up to 120 characters. Line breaks, each of which counts as two characters, can be used.

[Color]

Select the gadget color from the following options.

[Auto Refresh]

[Check for New Documents Automatically]

Select this check box to automatically check whether a document is added to a tray.

[Refresh Interval]

Specify the interval (1 to 60 min.) to automatically check whether a document is added to a tray.
Note
The refresh interval that can be set may be different depending on the type of save location.

[Retrieve Document by Copying]

Select this check box to make a copy of documents in the tray when retrieved.

[Do Not Display Document on Tray After Retrieval]

Specify whether to show or hide documents after retrieved. This option is available when [Retrieve Document by Copying] is selected.

[Filter and Display Documents by Specific Attributes]

To display only documents having specified attributes, select this check box.

[Property Name]

Specify the names of properties (attribute names) you want to use to filter desired documents.

[Type]

Specify the types of properties (attribute types) you want to use to filter desired documents.

[Value]

  • When [Text] is selected
    Clicking [Add/Delete] displays the [Add/Delete Attribute as Filter Condition] dialog box where you can set attribute values you want to use as filter conditions.
    The attribute values you have set are displayed in [Value].
  • When [Number] is selected
    Enter an integer value in the range between -2147483648 and 2147483647.
  • When [Yes or No] is selected
    Select [Yes] or [No].

[Show Tray Gadget when Setting Trays to Task Toolbar]

Set whether to display a tray gadget when a tray is set on the Desk's Task Toolbar.

[Save Location]

Displays the document save location assigned to a tray.
