DocuWorks Components
By installing DocuWorks, you can use DocuWorks Desk, DocuWorks Viewer, DocuWorks Viewer Control, and DocuWorks Printer.
The following components are described below.
DocuWorks Desk
The Desk window shows a folder structure and files in a folder.
You can perform file-by-file operations such as copying, managing, or storing DocuWorks documents.

DocuWorks Viewer
The Viewer window displays the contents of DocuWorks documents a page at a time.
You can change the page sequence, add headers and page numbers, and annotate individual pages with comments.

DocuWorks Viewer Control
DocuWorks files are displayed page by page in your web browser.
You can display DocuWorks files on Web pages and those embedded in web pages.
You can print DocuWorks files, search for and copy a character string, jump with the use of a link annotation, or extract original data. In addition, if you are using a specified web server, you can edit and update DocuWorks files on your web browser by switching to "Edit mode."

Note
You can display Help by selecting [DocuWorks Viewer Control Help] from [Help] on the pop-up menu in the Viewer Control window.
DocuWorks Printer
When you install DocuWorks, "DocuWorks Printer" is added to the Windows printer folder. This is a printer driver for creating DocuWorks documents from data created by other application software.
DocuWorks Viewer Light
A simplified version of DocuWorks Viewer, which enables you to display and print DocuWorks documents in an environment that does not have DocuWorks installed.
You can search and copy a character string, jump with the use of link annotations, and extract original data. You cannot edit documents.

About DocuWorks Viewer Light Control
You can install DocuWorks Viewer Light Control along with DocuWorks Viewer Light.
Viewer Light Control is software for displaying DocuWorks files in your web browser. It allows you to perform operations equivalent to those available in View Light in your web browser.
You can select whether to use Viewer Control to display DocuWorks documents in web browser when you install DocuWorks. If you choose to use Viewer Control, when displaying DocuWorks files in a web browser, Viewer Control is used instead of Viewer Light Control.

Note
- You can install Viewer Light from the disk image. Also, you can download their latest upgrades from the DocuWorks website for free.
- For help with menus and dialog boxes, select [Help] and then [DocuWorks Viewer Light Help] in the Viewer Light.
- For operations in the window, refer to the Release Notes. You can display the release notes in either of the following ways:
- From the startup screen that appears when you mount the disk image, display the release notes stored on the disk image and then select the desired link to open the file.
- Select [Start] on the Windows taskbar, then select [FUJIFILM DocuWorks] > [Readme (Viewer Light)].
