About the Mail Program Plug-in
If the Microsoft Outlook has been installed on your PC, "Exchange Outlook" appears as the mail program plug-in name.
The mail program plug-in sends documents via a mail program. You can also send binders, shortcut thumbnails, or other application files. In Viewer, a document or a binder being displayed can be transferred, but with Desk you can use the mail program plug-in to send multiple files at a time.

Note
In order to use [Exchange Outlook], it must be available for use for emailing, and Outlook must be set as [Default Apps] for emailing. [Default Apps] can be configured under Default Programs in Control Panel.
