DocuWorks Viewer Light Control

Q.1
I have a DocuWorks document which has a link pointing to a specified page in another DocuWorks document. Clicking such a link button in the document displayed in DocuWorks Viewer Light Control sometimes does not work as specified. How can I solve the problem?
A.1
When you use link annotations in DocuWorks Viewer Light Control, the destination file may not open successfully depending on the browser if an absolute path or a UNC path (\\server name\folder name\file name) is specified in the [File] field on the [DocuWorks File Settings] dialog box. Specify a link destination file using a relative path.

Q.2
When viewing a DocuWorks document in DocuWorks Viewer Light Control, selecting the print command from the browser's print menu prints out nothing other than a frame line. How can I solve the problem?
A.2
To print from DocuWorks Viewer Light Control, use the [Print] button on the toolbar of DocuWorks Viewer Light Control or [Print] from the pop-up menu, instead of using the print menu of the browser.
