Working with Your Touch Screen
This topic describes specific operations for using DocuWorks with a touch screen.
How to operate the workspace (DocuWorks Desk)
In the workspace displaying thumbnails, the following operations are available.
- Scrolling the screen by dragging two fingers on it
- Selecting or moving a document by dragging it with one finger
- Zooming in the thumbnail by tapping it with two fingers
- Page turning by flicking the thumbnail zoomed in
- Closing the zoom-in status of a thumbnail by tapping on the screen
If you want wider spaces between lists on the workspace or folders to make the finger operation easy, go to [DocuWorks Settings] to open the [Preferences] dialog box. From [Categories], choose [View] under [DocuWorks Desk Options] and then select the [Expand Height for Folder and Workspace (List View Only)] checkbox.
How to operate pages (DocuWorks Viewer)
When the pages of a document are displayed, the following operations are available.
- With two fingers, the pinch-out operation to zoom in and the pinch-in operation to zoom out the pages
- Scrolling the pages by dragging two fingers
(Except when the page is displayed in Page Viewer or Full Screen mode) - The annotation zoom in and out respectively by pinch-out or pinch-in operations

To make the page scroll operation easy, go to the [View] menu > [View Modes] and select [View as Continuous Page].
