Setting the Operations of DocuWorks Extended Folder for Working Folder and Clearing Cache
The following explains the settings of DocuWorks Extended Folder for Working Folder and the steps relating to their operations.

You can perform these even without logging in to DocuWorks Extended Folder for Working Folder.
Steps
1.
From the [File] menu, select [DocuWorks Desk Options].
The [DocuWorks Desk Options] dialog box is displayed.
Note
For DocuWorks 8 or later, select [DocuWorks Settings] from the [File] menu. The name of the displayed dialog box is [Preferences].

Select [Extended Folder] tab.
For DocuWorks 8 or later, select [Extended Folder] for [DocuWorks Desk Options] in the [Preferences] dialog box.

Select [Working Folder] for [Extended Folder to be displayed] and click [Settings].
The [Extended Folder for Working Folder Options] dialog box is displayed.

To set the operations of DocuWorks Extended Folder for Working Folder, set [Operation when opening the DocuWorks document], [Temporary Files Settings], [Operation When Dropping/Pasting the File with Same Name], and [Operation when uploading the document], and click [OK].

To clear login information that you recorded by selecting the [Auto Login next time] check box in the [Login] dialog box, click [Clear Login Information].
When a message confirming whether you want to clear the user ID is displayed, click [OK].

To reset the sort order of icons displayed in the workspace area, click [Clear Cache].
When a message confirming whether you want to clear the cache and exit DocuWorks Desk is displayed, click [OK].
The [Extended Folder for Working Folder Options] dialog box is closed.
The [Extended Folder for Working Folder Options] dialog box is closed.
7.
If your network is using a proxy server that requires authentication, select the [Use Proxy] check box. Enter the proxy server's address and port number in [Address] and [Port], respectively, and enter username and password required for proxy server authentication in [User Name] and [Password], respectively.

If you have set the operations of DocuWorks Extended Folder for Working Folder or the proxy configuration or if you have clicked [Clear Login Information], click [OK] in the [DocuWorks Desk Options] dialog box.
