About Working Folder Encrypted File Management Tool

Working Folder Encrypted File Management Tool provides controls over document protection such as; user authentication when opening documents encrypted by Working Folder; retrieval, retention and expiration date display of the key required for opening encrypted documents.
Working Folder Encrypted File Management Tool automatically launches and closes when Windows is started up or shut down.
An encrypted document key is data used for opening an encrypted document. A key set is retrieved from the server when an encrypted document is downloaded from the encryption drawer of Working Folder.
This key set is expired after 24 hours. When the key is expired, a key set will be automatically re-retrieved from the server.

The Working Folder Encryption Security function is available only when you contract for Working Folder Plus.
