[Embed All Fonts]
Check this option if you want to embed all fonts used in the original document to the PDF file.
This enables the PDF file to be displayed in the same font and layout as the original document, even if the destination environment does not have the original fonts.
If [Embed All Fonts] is checked, the file size of the resulting PDF may greatly increase.
It is better to assess which fonts are likely to be available in the destination environment. In that case, you do not need to use [Embed All Fonts], and can select only specific fonts from the original document so that the file size can be reduced.

Note
- Fonts that are not allowed to be embedded will not be embedded, even if [Embed All Fonts] is checked.
[Font List] does not display embed-prohibited fonts. - If the original font is not embedded into the PDF file, and the font used in the PDF file is not detected at display time, then that font would be automatically replaced by a font that resembles the missing one.
If a substitute font is used, the character spacing may become wider or narrower (line breaks are maintained as is).
[Optimize with Region]
Selectable options are [Europe] and [Japan].
As per the region setting [Europe] or [Japan], the most appropriate fonts for the operating system of each region will be embedded into the PDF file.
Specifically, fonts that do not exist in the destination environment will be embedded into the PDF files. By setting the region, fonts are optimally apportioned between [Always Embed] and [Never Embed].

This function allows special characters such as "¥ (yen)" and "\ (backslash)" to be displayed as it was in the original application under any environment regardless of operating system and PDF viewer.
