Logging in to Working Folder

To set Working Folder as the registration destination for files, you need to log in to Working Folder.
You can use your FUJIFILM BI Direct account or Microsoft 365 account to log in.
Note
First, you must set up your Internet connection using the Windows Internet Options.
Only a single user can log in at a time. Multiple users cannot log in simultaneously.
The current user must log out before another user can log in.

Logging in with your FUJIFILM BI Direct account

If you have not set a password, set a password in advance by following the steps described in the email sent from Working Folder.
Procedure
1.
Right-click [Document Property Entry (Edit Attributes)] on the Desk toolbar, and select [Properties].
2.
Select [Register to Working Folder] in [Registration Destination Settings] and click [Browse].
The [Login] dialog box to log in to Working Folder appears.
3.
Log in to Working Folder in accordance with the authentication settings for FUJIFILM BI Direct.
Note
  • In order to use multi-factor authentication for FUJIFILM BI Direct, you must update DocuWorks Document Property Entry to Version 2.4.2 or later. For information on setting up authentication for FUJIFILM BI Direct, refer to each document for FUJIFILM BI Direct.
  • If you select the [Keep user ID] check box, the next time you log in, the [Login] dialog box will be displayed with your user ID populated.
    If you select the [Auto login next time] check box, your logged in state will be maintained even after you exit Desk, and you will be logged in automatically when you start Desk again.
    However, you need to log in again when:
    • You have performed [Logout]
    • You have not accessed Working Folder in a certain period after login.
    • You have enabled the use of multi-factor authentication for FUJIFILM BI Direct.
      For more information, refer to "Notes and Restrictions on Multi-Factor Authentication".
4.
Click [Login].
The [Browse for folder] dialog box appears.
The [Browse for folder] dialog box shows cabinets for which you have a contract.
Note
If you fail to log in, check the following:
  • Check whether the user ID and password are correct.
  • Contact your Working Folder administrator to check whether your user ID is registered with the cabinet.
  • Check whether you can log in to Working Folder via a web browser.

Logging in with your Microsoft 365 account

If your organization uses Microsoft Azure Active Directory as a remote authentication server, you can log in with your Microsoft 365 account.
Procedure
1.
Right-click [Document Property Entry (Edit Attributes)] on the Desk toolbar, and select [Properties].
2.
Select [Register to Working Folder] in [Registration Destination Settings] and click [Browse].
The [Login] dialog box to log in to Working Folder appears.
3.
Click the link to the linkage destination under [Login with Federation Account].
The dialog box to link to the destination appears.
4.
Enter your account.
Note
The account you enter here is saved, allowing you to select it from the next time onwards.
5.
Click [Next], and on the displayed screen, enter your password.
Note
If you select the [Auto login next time] check box, your logged in state will be maintained even after you exit Desk, and you will be logged in automatically when you start Desk again.
However, you need to log in again when:
  • You have performed [Logout]
  • You have not accessed Working Folder in a certain period after login.
6.
Click [Sign in].
The [Browse for folder] dialog box appears.
The [Browse for folder] dialog box shows cabinets for which you have a contract.
Note
  • If a message asking about your acceptance appears, perform an acceptance procedure.
  • If you fail to log in, check whether the account and password are correct.
  • If you do not enter your account or password for a certain period, a session timeout occurs.
