[DocuWorks Viewer Options] - [Signature] [Preferences] dialog box
Specify the settings for signatures.
[Operation when executing [Write Signature and Save As]]
Specify the behavior when selecting [Write Signature and Save As] from the [File] menu.
[Save confirmation upon signature]
Specify whether to confirm saving when writing a signature.
The default is [Confirm].
The default is [Confirm].
- [Confirm]
Specify a file name. The dialog box appears to specify the location to save a file when saving it. - [Do not confirm]
Save the file by overwriting it.
[Signature modules]
Specify a module when signing.
The default is [Specify on execution].
The default is [Specify on execution].

Specify a signature module in the [Signature Module Options] dialog box appeared when saving. - [Use the specified module]
Select a signature module from the list.
Note
If the number of signature modules has increased after specifying a signature or the specified signature module does not exist, [Specify on execution] will be selected. When you write a signature, the [Signature Module Options] dialog box appears.
[Operation when opening the document]
[Display the signatures status]
Specify the operation which displays the signature status when the document is opened with Viewer, Viewer Control, and Viewer Light Control.
- [Display]
The signature status is displayed immediately after you open the document in Viewer. - [Hide]
The signature status is not displayed immediately after you open the document in Viewer. - [Continue from the previous settings]
Inherits the status of [Display the signatures status] which is specified in Viewer, Viewer Control, or Viewer Light Control immediately before opening the document.
