Task Toolbar
You can freely place plug-ins or commands on the task toolbar. Folders within the folder area can also be placed on it.
You can add tabs to the task toolbar, and organize the functions and folders you frequently use at work.
The [Useful Features (Ver. 9)] and [Task Steps] tabs are provided on the task toolbar immediately after DocuWorks is installed.

Displaying the hidden buttons
If some buttons are hidden because the button area exceeds the window size, click the right end of the task toolbar to display the hidden buttons.
Note
For a hidden button, the shortcut menu cannot be displayed by right-clicking the button.
Tab shortcut menu
Right-clicking a tab of task toolbar shows the following shortcut menus:
[Export]
Allows you to export the tab on the task toolbar to a file.

[Rename]
Allows you to rename the tab on the task toolbar.
Allows you to rename the tab on the task toolbar.
[Delete]
Allows you to delete the tab on the task toolbar.

Changing the setting of the Task Toolbar
You can add buttons to or remove buttons from the tab on the task toolbar as well as rename the tab.

Task toolbar option menu
The task toolbar option menu is a downward triangle at the right end of the task toolbar.
Clicking the task toolbar option menu displays [Add or Remove Buttons]. You can display the names of the buttons located on the current tab by selecting [Add or Remove Buttons] > [Task Toolbar]. Use the check box to the left of a button name to show or hide the button.

- When the toolbar is in floating state, the toolbar option menu is displayed to the left of "X" in the toolbar window.
- Select [Add or Remove Buttons], and select [Customize] to display the [Toolbar Options] dialog box.
A mark indicating the last pressed button
For each of the tabs on Task Toolbar, the last pressed button is marked.
You can record how far you have executed, such as when commands are registered in the order of work.
To clear the mark, right-click the button and select [Clear mark].
