[Setting Columns] dialog box
This dialog box appears when you click [Setting Columns] in [View] under [DocuWorks Desk Options] in the [Preferences] dialog box.
Use this tab to specify the items and their order appearing in list view.

[Items to be displayed]
Select and check items which you want to display. Items will be displayed in the order appearing in the list.
Note
However, the following items are displayed only in DocuWorks files:
- [Title] / [Subject]
- [Total Pages]
- [Custom]
- [Security]
- [File version]
- [Author]
- [Keywords]
- [Comments]
[Standard]
Returns the items and their order appearing in the list to standard settings. In this settings, items are displayed in the order: [Name], [Size], and [Modified].
[Up]
Moves the selected item one place up.
[Down]
Moves the selected item one place down.
Note
[Name] is always displayed in the first column. You cannot clear [Name] or move it to other positions than the first column.
[Add/Delete]
Clicking this button displays the [Add/Delete Items to be Displayed] dialog box. You can add or delete items to be displayed in the list view window.
