How to Start
When your DocuWorks Cloud Connect, DocuWorks Subscription or DocuWorks Subscription Suite contract is finalized, a "Start Using Services" notification email will be sent to your system administrator.
After receiving the "Start Using Services" notification email, check the contents and proceed with the following procedures.
Note
To use DocuWorks Cloud Connect, DocuWorks Subscription or DocuWorks Subscription Suite, you need to register on FUJIFILM BI Direct.
Procedure
1.
Participate in Tenant
The system administrator who has received the "Start Using Services" notification email will participate in the tenant created.
Use a web browser to access FUJIFILM BI Direct
FUJIFILM BI Direct, and click [DocuWorks Cloud Connect].
Note
If you have a DocuWorks Subscription or DocuWorks Subscription Suite, you do not need to do this.
Follow the "Tenant Management" described in the arrangement complete notification email.

Configure Cloud Service to Use
System administrator configures the cloud service used by DocuWorks Cloud Connect.

3.
Invite or Add Users
The system administrator will send email to invite or add users.

4.
Participate in Tenant from Invitation or Add Complete Email
The user who received the email participates in the tenant.

5.
Connect to Cloud Service
The user connects to the cloud service.

6.
Install DocuWorks Extended Folder for Cloud Connect
Install DocuWorks Extended Folder for Cloud Connect on your PC.
