[Operation when double-clicking a DocuWorks document]


Set the operation when you double-click the DocuWorks document on the cloud service or when you right-click and select [Open].

[Temporary Files Settings]

[Save displayed document as temporary file]

If this checkbox is selected, the displayed document will be saved locally as a temporary file. The saved file will appear at the next time you display the file.

[Maximum storage size for temporary files]

When saving the displayed document as a temporary file locally, you can set the upper limit of the temporary file capacity.
The default value is 500 MB, and you can set up to 2 GB.

[Delete Temporary Files]

Delete the temporary files saved locally.

[Clear Stored Data]

Clear the stored information.

[Clear Cache]

Delete the location information of the document displayed in the workspace area.
Clearing the cache closes the [Cloud Connect Extended Folder Settings] dialog box and exits DocuWorks Desk.

[Proxy Settings]

In a network environment which goes through a proxy server that requires authentication, use this item to set the proxy server.

[Use Proxy]

Select this checkbox when setting the proxy server. [Address], [Port], [User Name], and [Password] become available for input.

[Address]

Enter the address of the proxy server.

[Port]

Enter the port number of the proxy server.

[User Name]

Enter the user name required to authenticate with the proxy server.

[Password]

Enter the password required to authenticate with the proxy server.

[OK]

Select this to reflect the settings and close the dialog box.

[Cancel]

Select this to delete the settings and close the dialog box.

[Apply]

Select this to update the settings.

[Help]

Select this to display the Help.
