Copying/Moving within Cloud Service
The following describes the procedures to copy or move documents within the cloud service.
Note
- Folders cannot be copied and moved.
- Documents cannot be moved to different cloud services.
Procedure
1.
Display the folder of the cloud service where to copy or move documents in the folder area.
2.
Display the document to copy or move in the workspace area.
3.
Perform one of the following:
- For copying
- Perform the Copy operation (E.g. press <Ctrl> key + <C> key) on the document to copy, and then perform the Paste operation (E.g. press <Ctrl> key + <V> key) and paste it to the copy destination displayed in Step 1.
- Press and hold the <Ctrl> key, and drag and drop the document to copy to the copy destination displayed in Step 1.
- For moving
Drag and drop the document to move to the destination displayed in Step 1.
The document is copied or moved.
