[Display OCR Result] dialog box

This dialog box appears when you select [Display OCR Result] from the [Edit] menu while the currently displayed page has completed the OCR processing by DocuWorks Desk or Viewer, and contains the recognition result.

Use this dialog box to display all the text strings created by the character recognition, in the recognition result text display area of the dialog box. You can display the hidden area by scrolling the text string with the scroll bars.

You can copy text strings from the text display area to the clipboard. You cannot edit the text strings.
If you right-click in the text display area, a pop-up appears enabling you to select [Select All] and [Copy].
