The user who installs must be a member of the Administrator group. Check whether the user who will install the DocuWorks belongs to the Administrator group.

Registration User with FUJIFILM BI Direct

User registration with FUJIFILM BI Direct is required to download installation files. First complete the registration process if you have not yet done it.
