Pasting a bitmap
This section describes how to paste a bitmap using the annotation tool.
A bitmap is not added on the annotation toolbar immediately after DocuWorks is installed. You must add a bitmap to the Creating a New Annotation Tool.
You can add a bitmap image that you have copied or cut by selecting [Copy Image] or [Crop Image] or a bitmap you have copied from other applications to the annotation toolbar.

Note
You cannot use a bitmap data exceeding 5 MB as an annotation.
Procedure
1.
Select bitmap annotation from the [Tool] menu or the bitmap annotation button in the annotation toolbar of Viewer.
The cursor changes to the shape of cross.
2.
Click on a desired position in a page, workspace, or notepad annotation to paste a bitmap.
Displaying bitmap properties
You can view the resolution and color properties of a bitmap in the [Bitmap Properties] dialog box. Note that bitmap properties cannot be changed.
