About the Batch Select Files Plug-in
You can select all files that meet the given criteria at once from the folders displayed in the workspace.
Target files for batch selection
Files are selected in a batch from the following locations.
- User folder
- Link folder
- Task space
- Recycle bin
The following files will not be selected.
- Hidden file
- Contents of DocuWorks binders (. xbd)
- Contents of DocuWorks containers (.xct)
- Files other than DocuWorks files that are not displayed in the workspace of Desk (when [Show files other than DocuWorks files] is disabled in [DocuWorks Desk Options].
Note
- Protected documents can also be selected together in a batch.
