Toolbars of Desk

There are three preset toolbars in Desk: [Find], [Standard], and [DocuWorks Tray]. Users can also create a new toolbar according to their purposes.
This section explains the following items.
Note
The followings describe the status just after installation. The button images are examples when the buttons are set to display in large icons.

[Find] toolbar

The [Find] toolbar can be used to perform the Desk search function.

Modifying toolbar settings

You can add or delete buttons from the [Standard] toolbar, and create a new toolbar.
For operations, refer to "Customizing the Toolbar".
Note
The [Find] toolbar buttons cannot be added or deleted.

Toolbar options menu

The toolbar options menu is a downward triangle on a toolbar right edge.
When you click the toolbar options menu, [Add or Remove Buttons] is displayed. You can display the names of the buttons located on the toolbar by selecting [Add or Remove Buttons] > [(Toolbar name)]. Use the check box to the left of a button name to show or hide the button.
Note
  • When the toolbar is vertically displayed, the toolbar options menu is displayed at the bottom of the toolbar.
  • When the toolbar is floating, the toolbar options menu is displayed at the left of "X" which is in the toolbar window.
